“Here lately, I bypassed the Dunkin that’s a couple miles from my house and drive all the way to the other side of town to get my coffee and it’s mainly because this lady at the Dunkin on Biltmore Avenue attached to the gas station… She is the best at making my drink! She is actually the only person who makes it absolutely perfect every single time. This morning another gentleman had made my drink and I tried it before I left the store. It wasn’t quite right, so I asked for an extra caramel but mind you I had a frozen drink with whip cream and caramel on top. I knew it would all have to be blended and the whip cream would you not be there anymore and I didn’t wanna cause any extra problems so I told her that she could just add the extra pump blended all together and not worry about putting more caramel on top or anything. But no, she fixed my drink. She fixed it perfect , and gave me my whip cream and caramel topping and did it all with a small on her face. I don’t know her name, but I believe she is a manager there. She’s there every morning but I’m there which is most weekdays. But I just wanted it to be known that she is great at her job and so good that I go out of my way to go get my coffee made by her in the mornings! Every morning she has a smile on her face and it’s just kind hearted joking around People come in and want to stay and chat and hang out with her cause she’s just such a good lady. I wanted it to be known publicly how absolutely great this lady is.“
“I absolutely love this Dunkin', and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the amazing team, particularly the manager, Curtis. His friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Curtis went above and beyond to make sure I and everyone else felt welcome and valued. The overall atmosphere of this Dunkin' Donuts was delightful, thanks to the dedication of Curtis, It's evident that he takes pride in his work. I left the store with a smile on my face and a delicious cup of coffee in hand. I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location, thanks to the fantastic team led by Curtis. “AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! louie is not only an amazing manager but a beacon of light that the hospitality industry is lucky to have. i am a mere yankee and was blown away by the beauty of southern hospitality. i walked into this establishment FIENDING for the giant energy drink when louie kindly informed me that they were no longer selling it... my heart shattered into a million pieces. I have been driving across the country and have become addicted to the delicious drink. i especially needed it today as i had a 10 hour drive ahed of me. louie quickly found a solution to my problem and i will forever be grateful. not only does this man possess the ability to think on his feet and efficiency problem solve, but he does so with a smile on his face. please give this man a promotion/ raise as he definitely deserves it. louie- i see great things in your future. you have no idea how much this meant to me. may the universe send you love and abundance (and adequate pay for your service)“

“Franchise is located on Hendersonville Highway just before the turn for Long Shoals. Zippy quick drive thru and a traffic light on the corner makes this a great place to pick up your cuppa for your commute.Parking: Small lot, more geared for drive thru activities. Tight spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: At least 1, maybe 2 handicap spaces in the front of the store.“
“Store is always clean and the staff are nice and give great recommendations for food or drinks if you are unsure of what you want. Annie was sweet when she made my surprise drink bc I didn’t know what I wanted and it was really delicious. The bacon croissant sandwich was also good and was fresh. Would definitely go to again.“
