Taneil was incredible. Service and food was incredible, and I'm personally excited to see a high-end dining experience that won't break a budget here in Asheville. Warmest regards to Chef Siem for checking in personally during our meal. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a diverse menu delivered in a setting built for the classiest of patrons.
In anticipation of a visit to see a friend in Asheville, my husband came across an article on best restaurants. Holman and Finch came up. When we arrived, the kitchen was backed up so they asked us to wait in the bar. We had a completely delightful waitress who made the wait seem like no time at all. We have been twice for drinks and apps or small plates. Very interesting menu. Sweet breads with red eye gravy and veal brains with brown butter and capers to name two. They also have a raw bar and an extensive cheese and cured meat selection. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable…not only about drinks but about food as well.
