Simply the best place for a lunch or a breakfast! Also the new brunch is fab. Nothing like a mosaic sandwich sitting outside during the summer watching Biltmore park thrive. The staff is amazing, the food is exactly what you want, the atmosphere is lovely and full of good smells and love. If there is a Mosaic fan club I am a proud board member.

This cafe is right across the street from REI in Biltmore Park. The service was fast and friendly. The smoothies are so delicious! We both had the veggie wrap and that was good too. There were plenty of tables and chairs inside as well as outside. The restroom was clean.Vegetarian options: The hummus wrap is the only vegan sandwich option but there are several other vegetarian options

I love mosaic! The staff are amazing and Matt the owner comes up with some of the most interesting and delicious menus items for his specials. The first thing I had was the turkey club with herb mayo and I’ve yet to find a better club since. Never had a bad item there EVER! The staff are hardworking and so friendly. I always feel welcome and I enjoy being a regular at a local spot for the first time.

Mediocre place. I think they’re only around out of shear convenience to lunch for nearby workers.The foods not great, take out requires waiting in line. Speaking of, theres always a long slow moving line you need to wait in whether you order take out or dine in that starts at the door and has you awkwardly hanging over others tables. If you eat there…people are standing over your tables.Have never had the staff say hi or bye or can I help you before its my turn in line at the register.

The food here is just excellent. My mouth still waters when I describe the sandwich I had here. The prices are very reasonable and the portions ample. The cafe is a little small, so I imagine myself getting to go orders in the future or sitting outside to enjoy this delightful fare.

Mosaic is one of my go-to spots for breakfast and lunch. The menu has tons of options and they have daily specials which is nice if you eat there a lot because it provides some variety. I love their coffee and their baked good case options also.
