I was craving something sweet and asked a local where I could go and it was recommended for me to come here. I love eclairs but always cautious about it because sometimes the custard can be too thick. The woman at the counter told me it was a nice mixture of custard and whipped cream so I decided to give it a try. Old Europe has a wide variety of gluten free deserts. My favorite (not GF) is the hazelnut napoleon. It is so good the first time I had it that I went back the next day. I paired it with their dirty Chai latte and that was deliciously good!Not a big fan of macarons but they were good too.Definitely worth it

After a great dinner, we walked around checking out different shops and looking for a cookie to take back to our hotel. It was our first time in Asheville visiting friends who moved here over a year ago. This was a very popular spot for an evening snack. They had all the classic pastries that you’d hope for, including cheesecakes, key lime pies, cookies. We were pleased and came out with one pastry and 2 chocolate dipped peanut butter cookies. They were fantastic!
