I have ordered the 2 for’$8.29 Oreo cheesecakes times 2 by Door Dash three times and I only get 2 cheesecakes. I’m charged $16.58 and there should be 4 cheesecakes. This had happened 3 times. It’s more expensive to order individually. I have called several times but no one answers. Please teach your staff how to count

It doesn't matter what time we come here, they never have chicken ready to serve... at a restaurant the specializes in chicken. Everytime, I have to wait for 15 plus minutes. If there was a line around the building I'd totally understand, but seeing as it's a ghost town in here, there is no excuse.

Waited in parking lot for 15 minutes after ordering. Got home to discover order was wrong. I guess when it comes to the free first order if done on line doesn’t mean they have to get it right. Supposed to be two piece chicken. Instead just another box of fries to go with the other box of fries that came with my regular 4 piece chicken meal. Oh and the Mac and cheese I ordered was WAY too much cheese and not enough Mac. See photo as the cheese was barely melted. Ugh! Despite the chicken tasting GREAT I will never go back to this Popeyes store in West Asheville.

Came to this location bc the one on Brevard Rd was closed at 8pm. When my husband & I got home, food smelled good and boy were we hungry. Only one problem...... The chicken just didn't seem right... One bite after another something just seemed off. We'll my husband stopped eating bc it just didn't taste good. I eventually stopped after discovering that the chicken was not cooked all the way thru as it was pink and blood still coming out. I really hope we don't get sick for undercooked food ?. I would dbl check the chicken to make it's cooked all way first. Not good!!!!!!

This had to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a popeye's. We went through the drive-through, and we were told to wait. After several minutes somebody came back and took our order. As we were in line waiting to get to the window to pay.That was another 10 minutes. After I made it to the window and paid for my meal, I was then told that they would start cooking the food now. At this point, i've already been in line for over 15 minutes. They handed me my drinks and asked me to pull up. That's not a problem. However, the drinks were wrong. When I went to return the drink to ask for what I ordered, the lobby was locked down. Now, this was about two thirty in the afternoon. So I had to go stand in the drive-through window, trying to get someone's attention. Finally, someone saw me standing in the drive-through window. They were very rude and very dismissive. But they did make the drink correction. And then send me back to my car. We were ready to give up on ever getting our food.When it finally came out 40 minutes after this all started. It's important here that you understand that they were not busy. No one else in the drive-through, and the lobby was locked. So, no other customers.They may have been shorthanded. They may have a lot of things going on. And i'm very sympathetic for that. I was not sympathetic for how rude the service was and how they didn't even start making food. I ordered for a good 10 minutes after I ordered it. I do have to say that the chicken sandwiches were really good.

I went there and ordered 2 pcs chicken(1spicy, 1regular), I was the only costumer inside at that time. They made me wait 25mins. The next costumer who ordered after me got her order before me so I then followed up in the counter. They handed my order without urgency and non apologetic. I got home and realized they gave me very small wing and very large thigh, both regular, the mashed potato has very small smear of gravy. Sad to say, maybe because I am Asian.

The most over priced poorly managed fast food restaurant in America.
Much like the rest of the Popeyes in Asheville, the service at this location is abhorrent. I ordered a spicy signature chicken meal with mashed potatoes and a 3 pc tender meal with fries. They were out of spicy chicken—at 12:30 pm on a monday. I was told the tenders would take an additional 7 minutes, I agreed to wait. The total was over $30 and we received a blank receipt with no details of our order, we were told to pull forward and wait for our food. 20 minutes go by and we still hadn’t received our food. The doors were locked so we couldn’t check on our food inside and the drive thru line was super long so it didn’t make sense to wait. We finally got our food and they messed up the order completely and didn’t give us any sauce for our meals. I’ll never be back here again.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and after spending my entire lunch break waiting on my food to be ready I got mac and cheese and a regular chicken sandwich that I didn’t have time to take back. And I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t each cheese!!!!! Awful service time and worse prices.
