This had to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a popeye's. We went through the drive-through, and we were told to wait. After several minutes somebody came back and took our order. As we were in line waiting to get to the window to pay.That was another 10 minutes. After I made it to the window and paid for my meal, I was then told that they would start cooking the food now. I went there and ordered 2 pcs chicken(1spicy, 1regular), I was the only costumer inside at that time. They made me wait 25mins. The next costumer who ordered after me got her order before me so I then followed up in the counter. They handed my order without urgency and non apologetic. I got home and realized they gave me very small wing and very large thigh, both regular, the mashed potato has very small smear of gravy. Sad to say, maybe because I am Asian.

Much like the rest of the Popeyes in Asheville, the service at this location is abhorrent. I ordered a spicy signature chicken meal with mashed potatoes and a 3 pc tender meal with fries. They were out of spicy chicken—at 12:30 pm on a monday. I was told the tenders would take an additional 7 minutes, I agreed to wait.
