I would give 10 stars if I could. We showed up about 20 minutes before closing, and where some restaurants would have turned us away entirely or served us begrudgingly, we never felt unwelcome here. The two individuals working helped us decide what to order and gave great recommendations based on what we like. We had the Party in the Streets Bowl and the Mediterranean Bowl, both of which were beyond delicious. Even at the very end of the day the ingredients were fresh and all the veggies were crisp. If I wasn't already a veggie lover, this place would have converted me. The Party in the Streets had a subtle sweetness from the corn and a very mild kick with a Tex Mex flavor that could appeal to nearly anyone. The Mediterranean Bowl was everything I love about Greek food but as healthy as can be and in a very easy-to-eat salad form. I got the Mediterranean with the Greek chicken and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. If we lived in the area, this would be a regular spot for us. We ate outside and it was such a peaceful, nice area. I also got the juniper, spruce, and lemon Thirsty Monk Holy Water and it was a refreshing gin and tonic style cocktail.

The forecast for today was rain with a big chance of Tasty Greens. My husband and I were a tad hungry and craved one of these healthy salad bowls. Since, we are on some kind of health kick. Upon entering this eatery, a Tasty Greens representative greeted us with "Welcome to Tasty Greens." We asked a few questions since it was our first time. I would give you the name of the knowledgeable staff but I have forgotten his name.Our bowls came out after a few minutes. They were meticulously prepared and you can tell pride was taken. They were incredibly tasty and filling! We had to get go to boxes.After finishing my Mediterranean bowl ,I feel like I have found my eternal stillness. Also, the meditative sounds in the background does help too.I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and husband ordered the Ambiguously Greek Bowl.Some info.- compost, recycle and landfill vessels to place ur trash.-dirty bowls and silverware in gray vessel and glasses in separate area.- an employee will bring out your food to your table.-yes, there are restrooms.-have self serve water and to go containers.

This place is fire!!! The staff is friendly and enthusiastic about the food. Ordering a salad and an employee (Manager? Chef?) sitting in the dining room asked if I wanted to customize it. When I agreed, they jumped up and ran back to the kitchen, I assume to get started on my salad. The salad was delicious and this employee was PSYCHED to serve it to me, which made me psyched to eat it. 10/10

10/10! I got the all American bowl, and I was blown away by how good it was. All ingredients are fresh, and for the price, you can't beat it. Friendly service, nice outdoor dining area, and convenient location, plus a wide variety of beer and seltzers on tap. Definitely recommend the lavender seltzer. Love it!

Wow!! Thank you Yelp -- and Krystyn -- for an incredible Mediterranean Bowl and the peaceful ambience of dining al fresco in Asheville. By far one of the best bowls ever with a generous helping of toppings rather than simply piled high grains. And talk about "location, location, location." Though too early for a drink for us, love knowing Thirsty Monk is right next door. Grazie mille ancora!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of eating here several times in the past few months. As a vegan, I’m always happy to find a solid, healthy eating choice in our area. The build-your-own salad option is great, and the “burger crumbles” amazing! Always pleasant staff, highly recommend?

Food is good but whoever answered the phone to take my order was the most unprofessional and rude person that i have encountered they need to make sure that if someone is talking to customers they do not make statements like this is the longest order of my life. I tried to place my order online but could not and she rudely stated well you can order right here on the phone and then proceeded to complain about my order well guess what a build your own is going to be long and then i have 4 other people to order for. Get it together!

10/10! I got the all American bowl, and I was blown away by how good it was. All ingredients are fresh, and for the price, you can't beat it.
