I just went to get two coffees and while waiting I saw a cockroach on the counter, I threw it on the ground and crushed it. Truly the first experience of this kind in a Mc Do. On the other hand, the people were nice, it's not their fault.
Gentleman that took our order and waited on us gave 150% customer service! Very friendly, efficient and customer oriented. Other staff were excellent as well! Need more like him and the rest of the staff.
