8/26/23 9:35pm USUALLY, we don't have a problem with this store or this location. We've been coming here for 15yrs. Unfortunately, I don't have the young ladies name, and it's not on the receipt. Otherwise, I'd call the franchisee. She was Caucasian, approximately 20, 5'7, with medium brown shoulder-length hair.
