I had no problem with the young lady taking our order. Food was out pretty fast, and what we ordered was correct and tasted very good. I had the 3 hard shell tacos, and my husband had the KFC 3 (or 4 piece) chicken tender meal, and he commented that the tenders were "very tasty." I go here not too often, but enough to say, I've never had a problem here except having to wait a long time once in a while. The service has been bad at this Taco Bell for a long time, but I was really craving some tonight, so I gave them another chance. They have improved a lot! The employees were polite and attentive, and the inside was very clean (100 sanitation score on the wall!). The food service was still pretty slow (though it was late at night, so at least I knew everything was being made fresh). I’ve lived at Mcgees crossroads for over 10 years. This Taco Bell always has issues. Always! Low staff and long wait times. LONG WAIT TIMES! The food is still on par with regular Taco Bell food though. I’ve chosen, over the years, to dine at Wendy’s or McDonald’s for this main reason. The staff has always been pleasant though. Never had an issue with an employee. I’m guessing upper hiring management and the franchise’s owner are to look at for this hiccup at this location....read full review
