4/14/24 Couldn't say how the food was because I never got it. Waited 30 min after I placed the order. Had to ask for my money back. Several others also waited. People were walking in from drive through with messed up orders. Not well run at all. Was a mess

This location needs to be shut down. 30 minutes for a crunch wrap is crazy. I gave this location one more try, but honestly shouldn't have. If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Bojangles or go to the next exit and get Taco Bell there. You'll thank me

I had no problem with the young lady taking our order. Food was out pretty fast, and what we ordered was correct and tasted very good. I had the 3 hard shell tacos, and my husband had the KFC 3 (or 4 piece) chicken tender meal, and he commented that the tenders were "very tasty." I go here not too often, but enough to say, I've never had a problem here except having to wait a long time once in a while. But that happens, so it is really no big deal.Parking: There are many available parking spaces. Only 2 handicap spaces. There used to be 3, if I'm not mistaken, but since Covid, it's now reserved for to go orders.
Ordered 3 soft tacos in the drive through. All three were soaking wet.

The service has been bad at this Taco Bell for a long time, but I was really craving some tonight, so I gave them another chance. They have improved a lot! The employees were polite and attentive, and the inside was very clean (100 sanitation score on the wall!). The food service was still pretty slow (though it was late at night, so at least I knew everything was being made fresh). But to their credit, they gave me a free drink and dessert while I waited, and apologized repeatedly for the delay. If you're in a big hurry, this still might not be the place you want to stop. But I was impressed with their improvement and will try them again soon.

Worst Taco bell I have ever been to! Customer service is garbage. Not only that but the way I witnessed one employee speak to another ( I assume the manager) made me never want to come back. She should honestly be ashamed.
