Applebee's Grill + Bar provides great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere in Burlington NC. The staff is amazing, especially Amy, the bartender. However, the locations in Eastgate Ohio and Crestview Hills KY need improvement in service. The food quality can be hit or miss, with some dishes like the ribs and tex mex bowl being underwhelming. Prices may not always match the portion sizes, as seen with the small brownie bite. Overall, a mixed experience with potential for improvement.
