“Mediocre, and what most people probably expect from fast food in this area. Food always seems to be older than it should be, like it's been sitting in a warming station for a couple hours instead of industry standard of 10 minutes max. But typically as long as you know that's what you're getting and don't care - it's decent service.Atmosphere doesn't matter a lot, as most people just take their food and go at this location. It sits right off the very busy Smokey Park Hwy so it's too noisy to enjoy sitting there to eat, but parking and ordering isn't perfect either. Seems like a lot of the time there are friends of employees, or maybe family, hanging around shootin' the breeze and smoking. The smoking is what bothers me the about it. Won't stop me from going here from time to time, though.“

“First time customer & impressed! The blonde young guy at the register was the most polite patient person I’ve ever encountered! Usually I feel rushed & unwelcome at businesses due to my kids being wild and I end up getting something I didn’t enjoy just to get out of the way. “Since my favorite cookie company in Asheville is closed, Crumbl has become my favorite cookie in town. They have an excellent selection of flavors. The cookies are fresh and the staff is friendly. It is super easy to get in and out of the location and it is very centrally located.Parking: Ample parking.“

“We visited this place with some friends today and enjoyed hot chocolate and a cookies and cream brittle. The food was wonderful and next time I’ll have the sipping chocolate. Our visit was enhanced by Morgan, who had great energy and gave us some tourism tips! We can’t wait to come again.“

“Delightful little spot in Biltmore Park. I went here twice and was delighted. The workers are young and a little distracted, but kind. I love that they have a ton of healthier options. They have some sugar-free and more natural flavors. A good amount of berry and healthy as well as not healthy toppings. But I'm kind of a basic girl anyway.Seems pretty clean. Inside was a little bright and empty. I wish they had better seating or something outdoors but I know that would be hard in the area. I do appreciate it is super walkable and in a convenient location. Would definitely go here again“

“Small cakes for the win! My family was staying in Black Mountain between Christmas and New Years and my husband’s birthday is on New Year’s Eve. He loves German Chocolate cake and the German Restaurant didn’t have it and the cupcake shop was closed til February. Thank you Google for directing me to Smallcakes pre ordered the night before. Order was ready at pickup time and the gentleman running counter was super nice and helpful. Red Velvet and the German Chocolate were the favorites!“

“A home town fave! I usually get the strawberry shortcake, but this visit tried the pineapple upside down cake and it was delicious! I wish they would add a menu on the back of the building too! The line can fill up quickly, as it is a popular spot! But the service is pretty quick.“
