“My fiancé is from just outside NYC, and he deemed the grandma pizza "one of the best slices I've ever had." We shared a few slices of the grandma pizza, margarita pizza, and pepperoni and garlic knots. I grew up in the south and have been a skeptic of these types of pizzas after being urged to try them at his request whenever we're in NY/NJ. However, even I am dreaming about going back to Pizza Factory! Everything was incredible. The dough was light and crispy for the pizzas and not soggy at all, and the knots were so deliciously chewy. The flavors were perfect, with fantastic acidity and sweetness from what has to be homemade marinara, rich but not greasy cheese, and tons of fresh garlicky goodness. We already decided that even if we move away from Chapel Hill/Carrboro that we would happily drive an hour to get our pizza fix from here.“
“Fabulous take out experience!Person who took my order over the phone was super nice, considerate of my garbage pronunciation of the menu (sorry!), and helpful with specifics on when to get there, where to park etc.The food was hot, correct, tasty and well packaged. What you need to know:- the place is tiny! Because of this, they get very busy. I had to call 15 times in a 20min span to get through on the phone. Your patience will be rewarded!- Also because they are small, you can only call to order takeout. No online and you cannot go in (to my knowledge). After you order/pay over the phone, they’ll give you a time to park in a designated take out spot. then they bring your order out! :) (I called and let them know I was there and thankfully got right through, but not sure if that’s necessary)- the parking lot is tiny too. I had to wait for the for previous person waiting to get the “take out” spot. There are places nearby you can park until your time.-Pizzas are all the same size and I would say medium sized. For average adults, I would say it serves two people, but one person could eat it if they were hungry. We (6) ordered three pizzas and a salad, most of us ate 2-3 slices and there was pizza left over. Also tried the arancini (rice balls) and they were fantastic! Basic salad was good, but some may find it a little pricey for content. We weren’t huge fans of the lemon cake, but it may have been our personal preference. It was a little dry for us. (Its probably better in house with the sauce fresh on it TBF)Overall excellent flavors and customer service! We’ll be back!“
“We stepped in and were surprised by the number of people just casually eating lunch on a Tuesday. After ordering and eating our garlic knots (9/10 stars), we talked and noticed how more people were coming in! The music was also very good; old 50s 60s stuff fit the vibe very well. Every single worker was very kind and was smiling if they weren't dealing with an influx of customers. Pizza was made to order and was incredibly hot for my sensitive mouth, but reheating at home made it, arguably, just as good as fresh. We will be back for sure.“
“I was so happy to see that Aidens has a vegan pizza and it is fantastic!! I love that you can remove toppings if you want and also they have lots of vegan friendly topping options. The vegan cheese that they use was really good. I am so grateful that they offer an exceptional vegan pizza because I have not really had much pizza since I’ve been vegan but now I’m back in the game? Thanks Aidens!!Vegetarian options: Vegan pizza“

“From the early days of just the truck, Napoli has been a blessing to find in Chapel Hill. I think the best word to describe their food is "elegant". Gotta have pizza fresh out of the oven to really have it shine but it's great a day later too. Soft and delicious crust, incredible topping pairings, and amazing quality at the price they charge.“
