This place is just OKAY. definitely didn't live to the 4.5 stars on yelp. The consume that comes with quessabirria tacos is watery and lacks flavor. The rice and beans were mediocre. Added salt and pepper to make it have any sort of flavor. The salsa is the best part. For $28 it wasn't worth it. If all of this came for $15 I may reconsider. I'm literally typing this as I'm eating. Very underwhelmed. Maybe the Raleigh location is better.
I always get the same thing here, and somehow it tastes different every time. I'm not sure if the chefs change sometimes. But it's all good! Just the ratios of cheese and meat and such to everything else varies a lot. I'll probs come back sometime and try something else. Their hot sauce bar is pretty cool. However, the tables can be a little sticky sometimes. The ambiance is fine.

I’ve had a taste for some quesabirrias for some time now and the only place that I wanted was Chido Taco! We ordered on the website but our orders were completely wrong. We called back and Kevin refunded our order. We wanted our correct order (because I was already set on quesabirrias) so we ended up re-ordering. Not only was the entire staff kind when we came to pick up our food, Kevin waited until I checked each item for accuracy! KEVIN WAS THE BEST! ?
