The only business I have ever seen that doesn’t want business…. I would love to not come here but unfortunately my kids love their food???? The worst staff, the worst professionalism, absolute disgrace to being a restaurant. Just one example today of many, it’s 10 am, they decided no more food orders????? Not I’m out of this bagel, but no food at all????? 10 am, I swear if my little girl didn’t like them I would never visit a Duncan again just based on this location, be careful ordering through food delivery apps, they will charge for food they have run out of and then never ever ever get the order correctly on food they do have, worst store I have ever been to

The brunette cashier on Saturday morning kept telling me it would be a few minutes for her to grab a few donuts. She then proceeds to keep assisting people in line who came in after me. I finally walked out. Please have some sort of standard when hiring employees

I don’t frequent this location often but today I could tell they put an emphasis on drive thru. They left cashier stranded with customers, while four employees are just focused on drive thru. My whole family finished our food and our drink still wasn’t out. Same for the family before us, at one point the manager/ supervisor was helping; but then walked away clearly annoyed to be needed. I have worked at coffee shops when I was younger, and they were more than willing to help when it got busy; this lady clearly does not want to work for her paycheck and wants to pass work onto others. I will try to avoid it here as much as I can because I do not want to support people like that, donuts were minimal by 10; so I recommend going early on weekends. Place was a bit untidy but for how busy they were it made sense, but yep would not recommend.

These ladies at this store rock it out every day! I see them working so hard, as I'm sure they are understaffed. My order is perfect every time I come in to pick it up. Yes, sometimes I have to wait, but you'd understand too when you see the long drive thru line, pick up orders coming in and being printed off by the foot, and a line in the lobby with only 3 staff members! It's not a poor reflection on the staff, as they are hustling as quickly as they can. They are courteous and kind. Thank you!

I stop in after regular doctor appointments. Today ordered a sausage biscuit with white cheddar. This DD does a good job of melting the cheese - well done.

Unfortunately, the low review ratings are well deserved. Out of most flavors of donuts and bagels, always. Very few customers but it still takes a long time for staff to acknowledge you and fill your order. Sadly, not much good to say.

More often than not this location isn’t serving food. Today I was told to pull forward and they’d bring my order out to me. I sat for 15 minutes and when I went in the girl I talked to didn’t even know I was out there. I had to tell her four different times what donuts I got, and she made my coffee in front of me but it wasn’t even full. I haven’t had anything but negative experiences at this location, to the point where I rarely come. The employees act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there, and the prices aren’t even that much cheaper than Starbucks anymore so might as well pay the few cents extra to get good service.

Waited over twenty min for a bagel and coffee. Place was not busy at all. Dunkin, pay your employees more so your stores can actually be staffed.

If I could leave a 0-star rating I would. Hard to blame the staff (clearly understaffed today and overrun by folks in store and in drive-thru), but waiting for 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment or explanation of how quickly folks might get served is pretty terrible. This location seems to be consistently inconsistent at best, for an honestly below-average product. Go to a local place (La Farm is literally right across the street) and save yourself the pain.

The three times I have been in there was a waste of time. Today I ordered a iced signature latte and waited 15 minutes. When I said something, she made my drink but didn't apologize for the wait. I wouldn't usually complain except for the fact that 4 people got their orders and ordered after me.The times before, they gave me the wrong order.

This place was so dirty, and for no reason. There were quite a few employees standing around sipping their coffee and playing on their phones. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in, the young lady that took my order must've had better things to do, not sure what. The sandwich was burnt and the hash browns(??) were a tiny handful of soggy somethings.Such a shame, very close to my work.Back to the dirtiness.... There was a single customer standing when I walked in. All of the tables had either coffee, sugar, a straw, or donut particles on them and the same was all over the floor. I'd be shocked if all that was from this morning. YUCK.

The selection at this location consists of the leftovers you would typically see at the end of the day in the break room. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I thought the young woman giving my son his donuts was going to jump across the counter when I asked for the receipt she decided I didn't need and just tossed. I hate to say it, but this location needs to close just to save DD's reputation.

RUDE EMPLOYEES NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!!Today, I stopped by this location and had a terrible experience. I was there around 11:00 a.m. and try to order a bagel with cream cheese and cashier told me they can not do it because of cleaning. It was not even 12:00, middle of the breakfast time they reject serving. I wanted to talk with manager and this mean girl came from back and said 10-15 min wait for toaster. I said ok I will wait. As soon as I sat she start talking and gossiping to other employees LOUDLY saying that “ I am not doing it, I wont be here by the time, etc. “And complaining about me waiting for the toasted bagel. I got up and wanted talk with her and she refused to listen what I was going to say. Very Very RUDE. I told her with this kind of customer service and management you might end up losing your customers and jobs. SORRY but if you treat your customers like this I don’t know what to say to you. She was very MEAN and full of anger. SO SAD. POOR MANEGEMENT!
