“This place has the best ice cream. Unfortunately, it does not have the best employees. Every single time I’ve been there in the last two years, my order has been wrong. Stopped by and ordered two sundaes tonight. Both of them had the wrong flavors in them. Like, not even close. We ended up throwing them away. Was going to complain but the kid that made them was running the register so I figured what’s the point. So, great ice cream when you get what you order. I’ve kind of forgotten what that’s like but I’m still recommending them.“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“It was 1 of those nights my sweet tooth was tingling. I took a chance coming to this location. Google showed me they closed at 10. I pulled in at 9:53 and someone name Zion took care of me. I work in customer service so I definitely understand someone coming last minute. I was prepared to settle for a tub of ice cream from the grocery store but Zion helped me get my fix! This was my 1st time visiting this location and I will be back! Not so late next time…“

“Yes I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. Many years ago I used to work in Cary and I came here a lot the service was wonderful then too! I drove here twice today from Durham. To get a special coffee that I like. I couldn't get it in Morrisville and two Dunkin' Donuts in Durham. I think this is a bigger and more popular location because they're always busy. The staff is very friendly and kind and even though this is not anywhere near my house it's worth the trip out there and I'm trying to work it into my daily routine. They get my order correct too everytime.I had two wonderful service experiences today and I plan to go back many more times. This location has never disappointed me past or present. Thank you!!!“

“There is always a good selection of flavors with some new flavors rotated in periodically. There is also a rich assortment of toppings available. The frozen yogurt is self serve unless you buy some pre-packaged cups out of the freezer. The toppings are not self serve. There are not a lot of tables inside though they have never been full when I was there. There are additional tables outside but no shade and they overlook the parking lot.“

“This is the best ice cream I’ve had in the area! Nice fluffy texture and delicious flavors. They also have sweets besides ice cream like fudge or chocolate-covered marshmallows. You can always find something new to try. This shopping center is very pretty and calm so it’s nice to grab an ice cream and enjoy it outside the store. The staff is very friendly as well!“
