The staff were very kind and efficient with the order, and willing to provide any condiments, etc that weren't already out in the open. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

We came in really late and they still took our orders, so good service on that front. I got the Big Kahuna chicken sub. It was decent. Their rosemary bread is really good, tho! We came because we got a coupon for a BOGO sub deal. $16 for the two of us, including drinks. Pretty sweet deal. May come back when we get another coupon in the mail!The restaurant itself was pretty standard, your typical fast food sandwich place. Ambiance is typical in that regard.

Took a really long time to get my sandwich. Had to eat it on the way back to my office. Food is always good but the service wasn't good. Nobody greeted patrons and nobody smiled once. Not rude but not welcoming either.

Ms. Sarah McNeil is the General Manager of this location (3490 Kildaire Farm Rd Suite 172, Cary, NC 27518). She is awesome! I their store and the crew! Hands down the best location in the whole area! They all deserve recognition, raises, much appreciation, promotions and bonuses! They are an amazing team! I want to give Mr. Josh a special shout-out! He is the epitome of great customer service He even takes the time to call his regular customers by name when you enter the store! Of course.. always with a kind smile. Great job you guys! I've been to this store many many times. I have received great service every time even if there's an issue! Tonight was an exceptionally great experience! The gentleman behind the counter was amazing! He double and triple checked our order and was awesomely personable! I wish I knew his name because it would be great to compliment him directly!Dietary restrictions: I' have to eat gluten-free

The food was really good. I got the chipotle steak, mikes way. Also gonna chicken bacon ranch. Both made to perfection. I was greeted almost immediately and my food was done within 10 minutes. I was satisfied and so was my partner.
