The food was delicious, drinks were strong and tasty. They didn't have enough servers and it was hard to hear each other over the noise. I would go back though as the food was quite good.

The wait staff was fantastic. Very attentive and very professional. The interior is nice but needs some sprucing up to update the design and bring in a spending crowd. The artwork, lighting, and worn seats need a makeover. The food was a bit salty and thick. It needed an acidic kick to boost flavor and freshness. The bread was good and we were really impressed with our server.

We needed something greater than “individual Uber eats” but less than “catered dinner,” and Lugano’s was the perfect middle. The family trays were affordable, did not suffer in quality, and an absolute hit. Super excited to frequent again soon! Strongly recommend for the family trays!

I went to Sunday brunch. We had table immediately, the service was kind and nice. The restaurant is really cute, (a lot of old people, no complaint) I ordered the Wild mushroom & spinach omelet, was amazing! They gave us bread w parmesan cheese and olive oil, which I always thanks bc the most of restaurants never give you nothing, even a piece of bread to accompany your food. And the best thing about it was that the mimosas are $4! Of course I recommend it and come back again to lunch or dinner.

My husband and I visited Lugano for the first time yesterday. This restaurant is very easy to find via Google. We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and sat at a table. Two things that occurred after being sat are the main reasons I'm not able to give five stars for our visit. The restaurant was very very cold yesterday. Also, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a server to approach our table. It was apparent it may have been a miscommunication with the hostess and server. Once Colin came over to see if we had been helped, everything was excellent from there on. The bread/oil at this restaurant is superb. The bread is so fresh and soft! I had an aperol spritz for the first time and loved it. My husband had the Parmesan Lugano and I had the Ziti al Forno. Both were delicious. The only thing I didn't quite understand with Ziti al Forno was that they used pre-made chicken in the dish. For everything at the restaurant to be so fresh, it didn't quite make sense. Overall, we had a really good experience and Colin was an amazing server. I would definitely return.

Lugano's has a friendly atmosphere, a welcoming vibe, and delicious food (could use a bit more salt on some dishes!). Our servers was excellent and they went above and beyond for our group. My only other minor feedback is that the chairs we had felt a bit loose and could use a little tightening. Highly recommend ????????
