I come to this place quite often because I like this place, the service and food.I accidentally drop my wallet somewhere in the store while I was having lunch today. A few hours later, I recognized that I might lost my wallet there. My drive licnese, credit cards, cash were all in my wallet. It would be a disater if someone took it and used it. I came back, talked to the manager. He said yes we got it. One of employees found it and gave it to him. I really appreciated the employee's honest and integrity.
I had a drive thru order today where they unfortunately got my drink order wrong as well as didn't give me my 2nd bagel (out of 2). I had to run to my hour long appt so I went back afterwards and let them know. They more than enough made up for the mistake and remade my entire order and were very sorry. I appreciate that when an establishment makes a mistake, they correct it no questions asked. Thanks Panera.

Usually, I'm a huge fan of Panera Bread— great sandwiches, soups, fresh salads, and decadent pastries almost never disappoint. However, during my last two visits to this location it was deeply disappointing and, frankly, surprising given the brand's reputation.From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The cleanliness of the restaurant left a lot to be desired; it was not just untidy, but outright dirty, with litter on floors and unkempt tables that seemed like they hadn't seen a wipe in hours. This neglect for basic hygiene during a time when cleanliness is more important than ever is inexcusable.The service, or lack thereof, was just as disheartening. As a long-time patron of Panera Bread, I understand that bad days happen, and no restaurant is perfect. But the level of customer experience at the Parkside Commons location is something management urgently needs to address. It's disheartening to see a brand I love fail so significantly in maintaining the standards of service and cleanliness that customers expect. I hope my feedback can be a constructive call to action.

They no longer sell or make the only good tasting bagels, blueberry and chocolate chip. Save yourself the trip before you travel 45 min like me since they never answer the phone!

the baguette sandwiches are good (if WILDLY over-priced), but.......they make me wonder - what happened at this location to get ALL their knives taken away? Did an employee stab someone? Because every time I ask for my sandwich to please be cut in half, it comes completely uncut. I can only assume they're not allowed to have knives anymore ?♂️Also, it's insane that they have a drive-through, considering they're not exactly fast food. It should be limited to mobile orders, and coffee/muffins only.

I used to really like this location but it has gone downhill recently. Reduced menu, poor service, indifferent employees, orders filled incorrectly/things missing, frequently out of things.

I have the drink pass and ordered it in through the kiosk. After asking for a cup, the manager(?) snatched it from my hands and ended up giving me a ton of attitude about whether or not I really ordered it. I gave the name of the order and even offered the phone number that held the membership to prove I wasn't trying to scam them out of a $3 drink. I don't think he heard me offer the phone number because he was busy screaming. On my way to leave, he aggressively yelled "by the way, the drink wasn't even on the order. you can look at it yourself." He was talking about my friend's order. Of course my drink wouldn't be in her order because we ordered seperately ?I get that people have been stealing cups and getting free drinks, but if he just took the time to be patient for 5 seconds and didn't errupt over a plastic cup, the service would've been better because the other employees were chill ?

It's a bit perplexing to me the vast differences between this store and other Panera franchises. They should maybe re educate this facility on the proper practices and procedures. Pretty amazing to see how many reviews are highlighting this stores inconsistency. Save yourself the money and go to the Starbucks or Chic Fila instead.
