“My first experience at this location and it was probably my best at a Panera so far! Came in for lunch around 1pm on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, but the line moved quick and the cashier that helped me was so accommodating! I had a request for my sandwich and she also threw in a cookie for me which I appreciated. Despite how busy it was there was a nice atmosphere and I enjoyed my food“
“Great value for the price paid! The "Duet" deal for two items + a side is a welcome item in these inflationary times, for sure.Employee Kylie C. was very helpful in helping this Customer use a gift card at the kiosk, where this Customer mistakenly ordered a similar sounding "You Pick 2" menu item. Please: Use Kylie to train any new staff, as she sure sets an example for real Customer Service!!!BTW, the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup + Half Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich were excellent!!We'll be back. Dined in at approx. 3:30 PM.“
“I come to this place quite often because I like this place, the service and food.I accidentally drop my wallet somewhere in the store while I was having lunch today. A few hours later, I recognized that I might lost my wallet there. My drive licnese, credit cards, cash were all in my wallet. It would be a disater if someone took it and used it. I came back, talked to the manager. He said yes we got it. One of employees found it and gave it to him. I really appreciated the employee's honest and integrity.“
“It's a relatively new location and close to our house. We eat here from time to time, and the food is fine, except they tend to make portions smaller than at the other locations. Once, the soup bowl was only half full.Another VERY disappointing thing at this location is that they are almost ALWAYS out of bread. We bought bagels here on a couple of occasions and they were STALE both times! Couldn't even eat them because they were hard to bite into, and almost completely inedible. I had even asked them if the bagels were fresh, and the lady at the counter said, "YES." When we came home, couldn't eat them at all.We just went there a few days ago and they have eliminated hot bowls completely from their menu. I know Panera is revising their menu, but the hot bowls were among the few items I could eat there. There are very limited items that are gluten free, and I can't believe they still haven't added gluten-free bread as an option to people with gluten sensitivities.“
