The food is good but the service sucks!! You can’t place an order and pick it up you have to go in and stand for 20 minutes to get food!!! The people have no respect for your time!! I called to place an order and they said they don’t do call in order because people call in order and don’t come get them!! That’s a sad excuse to not help customers whom need expedient service!!!

Customer service was great. Cashier very friendly and helped us decide what to get. We took our elderly aunt out for seafood. I ordered a Shack pack comes with fish, shrimp side and drink. Flounder very bland as if not seasoned. Everything else was fine. My aunt got same but whiting, cousin got dinner meal with grilled whiting and shrimp. Low score comes from drink machine. I wanted mtn dew. When I looked in the cup it was full of black particles floating in the cup. I was skeptical about trying any other drink from the fountain.

I went in the afternoon, so it was not busy. My first time here and Tyler was very pleasant and helpful when answering my questions. The restaurant was very clean, which is always a plus in my book. I ordered a lunch special which came with fish, shrimp, fries, and hush puppies. I also added a mac and cheese. My total cost was less than $20.The food was good, cooked to order so it was hot and you have option of how you want it prepared (blackened, spicy fried, Nashville hot, etc.)The mac and cheese was surprisingly good, but the portion size was kind of small. Also, I would have liked my fish fried a little longer but it was very good.I will definitely visit again.

Where to even start?I was invited out to try some new menu items and these items did not disappoint!Hot honey chickenHot honey Mahi sammyShack towerGochujang crab cake sandwichGochujang po boyHaddock sandwich and basketBeignetsCaramel Bourbon frittersEverything was delicious! The hot honey sandwich, get some of the house made ranch to top it with and it balances out the heat perfectly! The shack tower was a loaded seafood tower of fried deliciousness. Catfish, shrimp, oysters, hushpuppies, and so much more! A perfect and unique feat for a group of people! The gochujang crab cake sandwich and po boy were both absolutely incredible! All these new items I couldn't recommend enough!The restaurant is clean and well put together. Staff were friendly and kind.Definitely recommend hitting this place up!

Let's start off with when we walked in. The order machines are right there. We loved that. First time here so we didn't know what we wanted. It gave us a chance to read the items and take the time to figure out what we wanted.The waiter, didn't get his name. But he was amazing. Asked several different times if he could get us anything. Took our trays and put them in the trash.The food. BOY! That was amazing. Everything was a 10! I got the spicy chicken nuggets with fries. The chicken had a nice crunch to them. The fries were good to. I had ghost ranch that made it even more better. My husband got the big rock sandwich. That had like 3 pieces of fish on it. Plied high! He said it was really good. Our child had the nuggets and mac and cheese. He ate the whole thing of mac and cheese. The hushpuppies were sooo good. The tea was amazing. And that banana pudding was so so so good!We will definitely be coming back!
