Had a lot of fun here with the wide variety of dishes to pick from. The menu can be a little intimidating at first, but honestly, just look at pictures and go with whatever you think will be good. Personally, I liked the dry noodle dishes better, but that's just because I'm not a huge broth person. The noodles were great, they are all very "slurpable", and it was kind of fun to experience the cartoon-like feeling of slurping noodles and have them glide. Really cool place, would recommend to try it out!

Food was fast, servers were helpful, food was interactive, fun, and out of this world. I will be back!

Finally we have a cross bridge noodle place in the Triangle area!! We tried two soup bases, the Szechuan spicy (so good with beef) and pickled pepper, and both were balanced and flavorful. The side dishes were fresh and versatile, complementing our noodles perfectly. It overall has a generous portion size for the price. The service was exceptionally fast and attentive. Also we were pleasantly surprised by how yummy their drinks were! Overall, a must visit for noodle lovers!!

Fresh, great service, friendly atmosphere. I liked the traditional Hong Kong tea. Hidden gem

I love the sour spicy broth! It is more flavorful than the regular spicy. The portion size is filling. The sides look small but when put altogether, it is filling. Their service is very quick. They have some sides like a deep fried mochi that was quite good. We also ordered pig ear, which had a good texture.

I came here late at night about an hour before closing and they didn't rush us at all! The service was prompt and quick. I heard that this was a chain but it was so good! I was so pleasantly surprised by how fast the food came out and how tasty it was. My husband and I both ordered a signature rice noodle soup where you select the type of broth and protein you want. I had the Golden broth and my husband went for the Szechuan. He loves spicy so it was perfect for him. We both got fatty beef for protein. The broth comes with everything on the side for you to add in. The first thing you add is the little quail egg and your protein. Then all of the veggies and your noodles. By the time you finish adding everything in your broth will settle to the perfect eating temperature. I was skeptical about the egg, thinking it would be hard by the time I ate it, but it was still decently runny inside. The portion is large and I was very full by the end. If you're looking for hot pot vibes but don't want to invest the time or money, this is such a great alternative! I am so happy to have this near us!

The noodle soups, fruit teas, crispy fried milk, and popcorn chicken were all great! The servers were super friendly and helpful as well. We’ll definitely be back.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This tastes just like the chain in China. I've been craving authentic yunnan rice noodles forever and so excited to finally have something so delicious that's easy to drive to. You can't go wrong with making your own or the preset rice noodles. The appetizers are also perfect, especially the friend buns with milk. Can't wait to go back again.

I ordered the spicy noodles soup with chicken. The chicken tastes off, like really old. I have started feeling nauseous since eating lunch there. I wanted to like the restaurant but I am sure I won't be back.

I really love the to go boxes offered here and the soup is delicious for winters. I would give them a five star if they didn't cut down on the portions and raise the prices.Replying back - I am referring to the price increase of the original pot which was $12.99, so there’s a price increase of $1 within this two months. Also there’s new options added to the new menu which is great but it averages around $14.99- $16.99. The new dishes portions are smaller like E.1 where the noodles are not fulfilling as the other dishes.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, would def bring my nephews here to try.

My first time here was today! We were quickly seated, and food took a little while to come out, but it was worth it! The collagen chicken soup rice noodle was the perfect thing for a cold winter day, and it tasted healthy and filling. Not too strongly flavored! My partner ordered the kimchi sliced beef rice noodles and he enjoyed it! It was very flavorful. A bit on the spicy side, but nothing some water couldn’t fix.I also tried the mushroom noodles! The flavor was very mild, and the mushrooms were so tasty and fresh!
