Ordered 4 pan pizzas from this location last night after thoroughly enjoying the same order from a different location last week. Unfortunately was not the same.This time all 4 pizzas looked great on the top while the bottom didn’t look as golden brown as it did from the other location. All of them tasted like the dough was not fully cooked. As if the conveyor in the oven was running too fast. On top of that the slices cut into all the pizzas were highly irregular. Some slices almost as big as 1/4 of a pizza while other slices looked like bookmarks. C’mon slow down enough to do quality work.Worked in a pizza shop with a similar conveyor belt type oven in college.Do better or do not do better either way this location and the one in Carrboro will no longer get my business.

Wow! What a change! I had all but given up on this domino's and then everything was half off last week ,so I was like what the hell ,one last shot.To my surprise this new crew they had in there Saturday night was amazing and so was the food

Incredibly rude staff. Worst dominos location in my experience.Last week they made my order wrong and manage called and apologized and offered a free pizza.When I called this week to order they hung up on me twice.They often get orders wrong and do not deliver on time.Only reason I order there is I still have some old gift cards left.Will probably use Hillsborough or Carrboro location, even if that means a little longer drive for me.

Took them an HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to tell me my address was outside their delivery area and they would be cancelling my order. This was after watching them make my order and have it sit for 40 minutes before I called to find out what was taking so long. After telling me mine was the next order out the door, less than two minutes later I get another call telling me I am outside the delivery area and they are cancelling my order. WHY DID THE APP let me order from your store if I was outside the delivery area???????????

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any of Domino’s stores. The person who claims to be the MANAGER at the night shift needs to get FIRED IMMEDIATELY or this store will lose all of their customers. We all should STOP buying from this store to make them realize how big of an issue they got.I placed an order online and picked it up then when I arrived home I found that I received a wrong order so I called the store to tell them but they spoke with me in a very unprofessional rude way and hanged up on me 3 times. However, I reached out to the corporation and hope to see a results.

I go here a lot. Pizza is always good, and there is usually good customer service, HOWEVER I went today and the "manager" was rude. I ordered through the mobile app (buffalo boneless wings). I checked it and seen there was cheese( I did not see anywhere on the description that cheese came on it). I asked the "manager" if she could remake it, she took the longest pause and made a face, I then said if you don't wanna remake it could I have a refund?. She ended up remaking my order was was complaining about having to remake my order saying she'll do it this time but they don't do free food or something like that and for the next time for me to put no cheese etc. I then showed her proof that on the app it shows nothing about cheese or any extra toppings besides the buffalo sauce? She still stated "well yeah it comes with Feta" I said ok. She then finished remaking my order and I checked again and noticed what looked like cheese and asked her is this cheese or what is this?, she then stated "that's ranch". I just said ok and walked out. NOTHING WAS FREE, I paid and it was a waste of my time and money. I'm upset with her because of how rude she was, and Dominos if those toppings really come on there please make it more clear in the app and give the option to take those toppings off. The other workers are amazing and are always friendly and helpful

I’m so tired of this place I have to go to Durham to get decent pizza or order somewhere else 3rd time I’ve came in my order cold lac of toppings rude customer service they hate to fix there wrongs so instead of getting it delivered I picked it up my order was not ready like it said it was on the app everyone standing around talking I asked could I purchase a sauce the gut with the short dreads ignored me everyone just standing talking the other guy with dreads that where long I guess had a attitude because I stoped the conversation he was having with 2 other young lady’s when my pizza finally came out it had no chicken dry hardly no sauce look like it was thrown in the box and everyone roll there eyes and walk off I’ll never come back again

placed an order that said 15-20 min eta. almost an hour later, still not received. when i called to see if everything was okay, the person who answered was incredibly rude. i called back to cancel the order, and they hung up on me before i could even finish asking them for a refund. incredibly rude and unprofessional.
