“I love this place so much - whether it’s the food truck or the restaurant itself, their food is always fresh and delicious. They also have great, tasty vegetarian options, and the restaurant is always clean and quick whenever I decide to dine in. Sometimes I wish they were open a little bit later or were located closer to campus, but that’s just because I like the food so much.“

“Nicest Cane's I've ever been. Our family of 7 fell in love with Cane's from our hometown of Mount Pleasant, SC. Now that we live in NC, we have been without Canes until they opened one in Chapel Hill. We have been to others across the country, but this is the nicest and most unique. It's next to the UNC campus and is decked out in Tarheel memorabilia. It's a unique setup and design. We came here for my son's 13th birthday. They had great customer service, were extremely efficient, and the food was BUSSIN!!! We'll be back!“

“An elderly woman with a cane just walked in and one of the employees met her at a table before she got to the line so she didn’t have to stand in line to order. That is just another level of not only superior customer service but wonderful humanity. I wish I knew his name to directly acknowledge him. I do hope he sees this and knows that his wonderful character is noticed.“

The Store Manager, Carla, was extremely patient while helping me decide on which sandwiches to get and what to put on them. The team member, Evan, was also very nice. I called the morning that I was going to pick them up and he told me that they just finished packaging up my order. When I came, I was in and out! I will def go back in the future!“

Order was quick and precise, line moved rapidly, food was hot and ready to roll. Preferred Tray: Reg cue sandwich, puppies and quesadilla with a Cheerwine or the only other alternative Huge Sweet Tea.“
