“By far the best Subway from Burlington to Durham. Although it’s a franchise, it’s operated by its owners, who do a better job than most corporate locations. Should definitely be a model for how a Subway should be maintained.My only complaint is you don’t own the locations in my hometown… until then, I’ll continue to stop by every time I pass through Hillsborough.“
“very very good service all the young ladies in the front and the cooks in the back very very hard workers. they do very good and try their very best. i LOVE this place to go and eat. bring out food so fast and very good sauce. prices are fair for what you get. definitely recommend going and i’m definitely coming back!!!“

He held it down when like 5 people walked in and I’m sure the girl was in the back doing things but it was just him for a moment and he did everything he could and was still friendly. “I almost always use the drive-thru here but I have gone in a few times. The service has always been prompt and friendly. Actually, better than most McDonald's locations.The food is, well, McDonald's. The quality has never improved but the prices are sure going up a lot.There's not a lot to say about the place other than when it comes to McDonald's, this one has been better than most.“
“I usually have a mediocre experience at all subways EXCEPT this location! This is the best location I have been to in any state, but only when Cole is working. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, great atmosphere, and the food looks fresh and delicious when Cole is on the job. He has very, very high standards and I have never had a bad experience when he's working. He keeps the food station neat and clean, not ransacked like most subways. It's like the food looks and tastes so much fresher when he makes my sandwich. I get so disappointed when I stop by and he's not at the store or already left for the day. I wish that location was closer as well but it's about 45 minutes away but I stop there every time I can. I wish Cole managed all Subways!!!! “My name is Lakeshia and I usually love coming to KFC to get dinner for my family the service is always great but I was a customer inside the lobby at the Hillsborough location tonight and I was utterly disgusted with the way I overheard the assistant Manger speaking to an employee. She spoke very rudly to this employee and was very disrespectful to her as well. I don't feel that anyone should be spoken to in the manner in which this employee was spoken to. I highly suggest management teach their employees how to speak to one another.“

“I just had the best experience at Wendy’s. I’ve had a long time thanks to the guy who was working the cash register. I didn’t catch his name but he’s kind of a short guy and he was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around, and he seems to really take pride in his job. I hope this man gets a big fat raise.“
