Chris who fixed my sub was on point & very professional. He read the order back to me which was correct & got everything right which is more than the ones in Burlington can do who apparently can’t read.Stella was super sweet & very friendly. Was in there during a huge lunch rush. Line out of the door with multiple online orders. The staff was great and the manager was phenomenal. Positive, uplifting, fast, and effective. A true 5 stars.

Such a strong nauseating raw sewage smell permeating the entire building. Idk what happened here, but im seriously scared to eat this sandwich. The owner needs to handle this issue yesterday.Edit. Glad I checked my sandwich because it was completely wrong. So I had to be affronted twice by this smell. But the manager was actually very helpful and proactive by refunding my order as I live far from this location. So I'm bringing this rating up to a 3 from a 1.

I absolutely love the options and the sandwiches here. Soooo yummy and I love the mikes way option they offer to all their customers on their sandwiches and the service was great. The workers interacted and made sure every guest they served was happy. I recommend a classic of theirs the "Club Sub".

Fantastic! The team today was working really well and prompt. We did not have to wait that long to get our food considering there was a long line. Bread was super soft and delicous. Thank you for being available so we could grab lunch!!

Really gone down hill lately. Second time this happened on a weekend. Staff offered me a fork to move the cheese around ? Terrible service - avoid and go to any other jersey Mike location.Update: before I left a female employee asked how everything went and then replaced my sandwich and refunded me.
