We try to go every time we are in Chapel Hill. Lines are long but worth the wait. I'm never disappointed.

Best ice cream! Chocolate peanut butter was fantastic. Plenty of rocking chairs to sit back and enjoy the scenic view.

Overhyped, bland ice cream. Very expensive!

Totally awesome ice cream. Gets super busy after dinner.
Great rich and creamy ice cream in a rustic farm atmosphere. Loved the spot for a warm day.

Ice cream parlor right on their farm... Very nice and friendly staff. Must try the toasted almond with marshmallow fluff you'll thank me later.. Prices are real good, 3 people and total was $14 Also sell cheese and milk right from their farm.

Beautiful country setting, a great place for a picnic, but the SLOWEST service of any place in Orange County! 30 people in line, 3 employees inside, and we walked away empty handed after waiting an hour. They need a much better system, like CAVA, and maybe a $5 vending machine would help. But kids, and grandkids, can not wait over an hour for an ice cream cone!

Be prepared for a long wait. There are rocking chairs all along the porch for family or friends to sit while someone waits in line. There are also picnic tables in the field beside the store. The ice cream is good. One of us ordered The Jolt, which was very good. It had ample amounts of heath bar and caramel. We substituted marshmallow cream for the hot fudge which made it even better. Another one had Rolling in the Dough, which was chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Again, it had an ample amount of cookie dough, unlike other brands where you have to search for one little bite. The third order was Bananas Foster. We substituted vanilla ice cream instead of banana ice cream and it was delicious. There are so many different selections that can be changed up any way you like. We highly recommend.
Mmm delicious ice cream , a bit pricey
