Great, small African store with frozen meats, pantry items and a restaurant inside. We found this mart while searching for "Fufu". I've stopped by twice during business hours and it was closed?
LOVE!!! ???? … I was looking all over Charlotte for an Asanka Bowl (clay bowl) for my West African cooking blog and I’m so happy that I found one here for such a reasonable price. The People were so nice and helpful! The building is clean and well kept. Check them out!!

I want to address the negative comments about the wait and price.Its true if you order on a Saturday they will say it's a 30 min wait and in reality it may be an hr and yes that is annoying especially with not much seating but patience goes a long way. This is not a fast food place or a place with huge staff please come with time to wait.Yes its true a plate here is 20 dollars with no drink and that is a bit steep. But again this is a small business they do not get huge discounts...read full review
