At 11am my half dozen donuts shouldn’t be hard as rocks. Sausage egg and cheese sandwich tasted like chemicals. Disgusting.

Incredible service from Jessica! She was so sweet and thoughtful while taking our orders, and she made the whole experience the best one yet! And she was also the only time a Dunkin employee honored my special requests for my drink! Thanks Jessica!

Worst service ever, every time. They can't seem to figure it out. Every time I've placed an online order, it's not ready on time, there are a bunch of people waiting like me, they don't have people's orders, are out of basic items, and are completely unapologetic. Today, 4 people asked for their money back rather than waiting any longer. And my order was wrong when I got it but I didn't have time to wait. They need to go learn from other Dunkin' locations how to do it right.

Enjoyed my visit today, as I was hesitant to come in to this location due to my pervious experience 6 months ago. Can I say WOW! The total atmosphere walking in was completely different. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff were egar to please, my food and drinks were delicious. Well ran Dunkin! I look forward to future visits to this specific location.

It reminds me of the type of place where you know a bunch of people are standing around in the back in their underwear, cutting cocaine. Well, everyone in the front pretends that it's not happening. All that aside, delicious.

Very poorly managed. Unsanitary practices. Rude worker with dreads didn’t want to use gloves upon request or wash hands. Hair not covered up and all everywhere near donuts. I’ve given this place multiple chances to get it right.

I had an awful experience here!!! My mother placed a simple order and noted that she was rude. We ordered an iced tea with Splenda and an iced Chai latte. My latte tasted like coffee and didn't taste right at all. I felt a bit bad about going back in but I can't drink coffee. I went back in and said excuse me ma'am. My chai tea doesn't taste right could I possibly have a refund please? She was furious. I didn't raise my voice or act rude in any way to this woman and she proceeded to speak to me like I was ignorant and didn't understand. She said "I put the latte mix in the milk! That's what a chai latte is!!! THERE AIN'T NO COFFEE IN IT!" I did not raide my voice back at all to her and got a bit scared. I said yes ma'am I know that but it still doesn't taste right. She said what do you want me ti do re make it?! I said no ma'am can I just have a starry out of the fridge? She said yes and I left terrified. This woman was a terrible person! I can't believe she still has a job with this additude!

Antonia made one of the best latte I've had at a Dunkin' in a looong time. It wasn't too sweet, even after ordering a Turtle Latte, I was apprehensive but she made it awesome. I could even still taste the yummy espresso flavor!

The lady working here was incredibly rude. She made my coffee wrong twice and yelled at me saying it was my fault. Finally she let another worker make my coffee who was actually nice and listened to what I wanted which was not a complicated order. Not sure why she had a nasty attitude for no reason but every time I come to this Dunkin my coffee sucks and the workers are not nice so I will not be returning

Avoid at all costs. I used to go to this location all the time and then found a broken, dirty hair tie in a muffin (only discovered it as I was chewing it). Franchise owner neglected to call me back after multiple calls and escalations to corporate. Mistakes happen but it’s all about how it’s handled.Prior to this happening we’d try and go on Saturday mornings sometimes placing mobile pick up orders and we’d show up and the store would be closed.
