That's a lot of items to be out of or unable to make when it's just coffee...get your frozen machine going it's spring time!!! No oat milk, no frozen drinks or frozen coffee, no egg white vegan omelet rounds

I don’t mind waiting a few minutes for an order, as this is to be expected in any place you go to. However, there were no customers placing orders when I arrived. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order. That just feels really unacceptable to me. The blonde girl with the baseball cap who was making my order did not appear to be in any rush whatsoever. The cashier was friendly and when I told him that I had not received my order, he was able to assist me in getting my food. 10-15 people were assisted in the time it took for me to get my order. Really disappointing. I don’t think I’ll return to this location.

the employee named Zoe was so rude!! he would constantly cut off the person on the register and even pushed her out of the way to take my order as if i wasnt already being attended to. He then proceeded to take my order but ended up messing it up and giving me an attitude when I told him so. Everyone else was nice but that emplyee soured my stay. he needs to be taught how customer service should be.

This is the worst Dunkin in the Charlotte area. I’ve made 3 different pickup orders over the past year and they have yet to actually fulfill one of them. I will never go back after today. I did a make ahead order for 2 dozen donuts the day before to be picked up today. When I arrived today to get it, it had not been fulfilled. I asked about the order and was told that “I should’ve arrived earlier if I wanted donuts.” I asked for a refund and they had me go to a female manager. She was very rude and told me that “I should’ve called ahead.” When I told her that I did try and no one answered the phone she said “it was because they were busy.” I was never offered an apology and the female manager was rude. I’ve encountered her before when my last pickup orders were not fulfilled in 2023 and she’s not someone who should be working in customer service.Save yourself the trouble and go to the Dunkin in Pineville.

We went in trying to get some birthday donuts on Wednesday, and the two women there were so helpful in helping us decide!! They were also very patient when we were unable to pick them up two days later thanks to complications from the birthday girl... we spoke to Kara on the phone and she was very understanding. Excellent customer service, and we'll be going 15 minutes out of our way for future donut needs!! Thank you! :)

Mobile/app orders take priority over people who walk in to eat in store. They will allow a line of people to back up standing while they work on all the incoming mobile/app orders. I have waited in line 10 minutes in line for it to just move and almost 20 minutes to have my order taken (with 3 or 4 parties in front if me). The people who place pickup orders seem to think they don't have to wait when they come in.They regularly run out of bottled drinks and specific donuts or types of bread for sandwiches.

Always professional people at this place and service is fast. I appreciate the lady who made my sandwich today, I asked her to turn down the toaster since I do not like my bagel over baked. She was happy to do it and told me to let her know to turn down the heat. Ambience is great, with the weather warming up, it's a nice place to sit down and get a coffee while getting some work done.
