We went in trying to get some birthday donuts on Wednesday, and the two women there were so helpful in helping us decide!! They were also very patient when we were unable to pick them up two days later thanks to complications from the birthday girl... we spoke to Kara on the phone and she was very understanding. Excellent customer service, and we'll be going 15 minutes out of our way for future donut needs!! Thank you! :)
Mobile/app orders take priority over people who walk in to eat in store. They will allow a line of people to back up standing while they work on all the incoming mobile/app orders. I have waited in line 10 minutes in line for it to just move and almost 20 minutes to have my order taken (with 3 or 4 parties in front if me). Decent dunkin, the employees were nice and helpful. The area is nice and clean, and the store was decent, but they didn't have 3 different things I tried to order... 3!!! That's a lot of items to be out of or unable to make when it's just coffee...get your frozen machine going it's spring time!!! No oat milk, no frozen drinks or frozen coffee, no egg white vegan omelet rounds
