The manager is disrespectful he was very nasty to where he followed me to the bathroom. And wouldn’t leave and wouldn’t move from the door he trapped me in there cutting on and off the lights and was saying about the light wasn’t working when it was . To cut it off that means it’s on the lights and he was being unreasonable and wouldn’t respect the fact he’s in women bathroom and to leave and I felt attacked from him trapping me in there I called the owner and she blocked me after I spoke to her 1 time there disgusting and I’ll never go back she’s very rude as a owner I called corporate and they said she left message saying she not gonna call me back why I have no idea why .I wouldn’t never recommend no women to go there by there selves

I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, October 15 at 6:01pm and ordered a medium coffee and 1 jelly donut. When I got to the drive-thru, I paid for my items and received my coffee after 2 mins. During this time, I noticed the cashier and his colleague arguing about something. I decided to ignore it and kept waiting for my donut. When I got my coffee, the cashier asked me if I received my donut yet. I said no. He asked his coworker to give him a donut. His coworker threw the jelly donut on the floor. The cashier began to laugh and said "Put it in a bag!"His colleague then got another jelly donut (in a bag) and threw it on the floor again. The cashier laughed and grabbed the bag that was thrown on the floor and tried to give it to me. I said "No, I don't want it. That is disgusting."I did not ask for a refund because I was frustrated. I decided to leave.I can only imagine they've done this before. I will never go to this location again. Giving customers food that was thrown on the floor is unacceptable. The manager's name is Michelle D. Adi. I haven't spoken to her yet about this incident.*Update* I called corporate after this incident happened and the person who threw my food on the floor received a work write up. Regardless of this, I will not be purchasing from this establishment.

We came here on 10/21/23 a Saturday morning on the way to kids sports. The man working there was hustling so hard to keep up with orders he was taking pride in his work communicating with customers and was overall just lovely. They had to make us extra sandwiches as a homeless person had stolen ours (we saw him leave the store as we entered and then eating them as we pulled away) and they handled that with grace. Give the Saturday am team all raises !!

Let me first start out that I would never go back to this location again. I have been coming here since I started working in the area. I have experience everyone know me when I come. So on yesterday I order plain Bagel extra toasted with light butter and large coffee extra cream and sugar. Because of the season pumpkin muffin. I have order this for the past 10 to 12 years or more. When I receive my order like always I said thank you. For to work and I had light toast and so much butter that it made me sick to look at it. I took it back and they laugh like it was funny. So I know it was on purpose.

I went there last Sunday. The young lady who fixed my order really didn’t know what she was doing. It took a long time for her to fix my drink. When she bring the drink the chocolate had run down the sizes of the cup. I asked her could she please change the cup. So changed it but the drink was terrible. So I kept the drink and receipt and returned it a day later. I asked for the manager this white lady comes out and I started to tell her my problem she wasn’t friendly she treated me as if I was wasting her time. When I tried to tell which employee fixed my drink she cut me off and said no I don’t know who you talking about. She told the young man standing there to fix my drink and she just walked away very rudely. He didn’t quite fix it right either. Prior to this visit I’ve always enjoyed my visits their drink was always right. I really miss Brittany I thought she needed to know who made the drink so she can teach her how to properly make the drink .
