Poor service. I ordered for a mobile pick up through the drive-through and was told to pull off to the side of the building, and it would be brought out to me (Why?). No customers whatsoever were inside waiting to be helped. After waiting about five minutes of waiting and no sign of anyone bringing my food out to me, I had to go inside to get it. No apologies for the wait or anything. No customers were inside. Why did it take so long?
Order placed on line the day before could not be found, because the person picking up the order simply said "I'm picking up an order. The person did not know the order was made on line. The order was there with the name requested...did not understand the confusion...

We came here on 10/21/23 a Saturday morning on the way to kids sports. The man working there was hustling so hard to keep up with orders he was taking pride in his work communicating with customers and was overall just lovely. They had to make us extra sandwiches as a homeless person had stolen ours (we saw him leave the store as we entered and then eating them as we pulled away) and they handled that with grace. Give the Saturday am team all raises !!
