Lucy and Richard are the best!! We always come in with a whole bunch of people on Saturday night…. Right before they close… and they’re so kind! They serve us with no attitude or complaints! If I were a server and a group of people came in at close…I’d raise hell! Thank you Hawthorne’s Pizza!

Placed an order for take out Friday night, long projected pick up time, no problem. I live five minutes down the street. As soon as the tracker shows ready to be picked up, I’m out the door, five minute walk. Pizza was so cold like it had been sitting out for a long time, shame because I know it would have been good fresh. Huge let down, where did the ball get dropped here?

Hawthorne's has always had the greatest NY pizza in Charlotte! I've been coming here for years and it has always been delicious. I'm not sure how they've done it, but lately the pizza is even better than ever. Thin, crispy, and the perfect balance of flavors. They have raised their pizza game! Also, the manager Chris is the best—and is always making sure customers are well taken care of!

Great pizza, but the delivery is a very expensive pie. Tiny or huge is the choice may work for 4 people but dinner for 2 is $50. + seems like a lot but then everything is expensive lately.
