This place at one time was not at all where I would choose after my first visit many months ago but on my last couple of visits they have a whole new staff it seems and they have been outstanding.
2 hours before an event that I was providing food for the host canceled. I had placed an order with the Riverbend Jersey Mike's and even though I couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I had to go to the location to see if I could cancel the order. They were prepping to prepare my order when I walked in. The order was over $250 so I really didn't want to have that expensed for nothing. It is impossible to communicate with the people behind the counter with the music SO loud. The music should be much lower for a better customer experience. The guy making my subs made them wrong because we couldn't hear each other. I am so frustrated with this that I won't be back!
