I have eaten Jersey Mikes many times before and I always get soggy or dry sandwiches. Every comment talks about the service, and they are absolutely right. I have never been somewhere in which the staff was so nice, accommodating, and appear to genuinely like their job - Kudos to them. Extremely rare find these days. Best sub around, per usual.

Stopped in 2/29/24 around 2pm and was greeted with genuine smiles. The place was also really clean. Our Philly's (1 chicken, 1 beef) were perfect! Fresh, hot, the perfect amount & combo of toppings. As we ate we noted the entire crew was happy and their interactions with guests & each other made for a great atmosphere all around.Thanks JM's Monroe for a great time at lunch!
