Stopped in 2/29/24 around 2pm and was greeted with genuine smiles. The place was also really clean. Our Philly's (1 chicken, 1 beef) were perfect! Fresh, hot, the perfect amount & combo of toppings. As we ate we noted the entire crew was happy and their interactions with guests & each other made for a great atmosphere all around.Thanks JM's Monroe for a great time at lunch!

Food is fine I’ve gotten my order incorrect a few times but it’s no big deal it was still good. Service is usually great but today I come in and grab my two orders just to get it yanked out of my hand and yelled at saying to give it back. The dude needed confirmation it was mine first and needed to see a picture for proof even tho I literally eat there all the time which is fine but it could have been said and done differently. My food didn’t need to be yanked out of my hand. No hello or how are you and have a nice day either. Hope short king has a better day.

I have eaten Jersey Mikes many times before and I always get soggy or dry sandwiches. However when I tell you the guy at this store made the best chicken Philly sandwich I have ever I was just doing a review they’re so funny I’m doing a review right now I’m like this is the best I was just saying I’m doing a review right now because this is the best sub. I eat Jersey Mike’s all the time and it’s either soggy or dry, so I’m literally giving him five stars. This is the best cheesesteaks of I’ve ever had from Jersey Mike’s. The guy here makes awesome sandwiches.

This was my 2nd time within the past month and a half going to Jersey Mike's in Monroe. Each of these times they made my sandwich WRONG!! I get all the way home to open it and find that they left off the extra toppings I had asked for and they even wrote them down on that blue or green paper they take orders on. The first time I was able to call and let them know. They did offer me a free sandwich, which I went and got the next day. This evening I visited again and I get home and Im missing those same toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions). However, it was 8:59pm when I realized my sandwich wasnt right and they close at 9pm. I definitely took a picture and will be goin back there tomorrow to let them know. If I'm paying $10 for a sub I expect my food to be RIGHT!!! I see I'm goin to have to check my food before I leave the building or go some place else..
Every comment talks about the service, and they are absolutely right. I have never been somewhere in which the staff was so nice, accommodating, and appear to genuinely like their job - Kudos to them. Extremely rare find these days. Best sub around, per usual.

First time visiting the new Mike's. No smiling faces. Food was good but hardly any meat on my sandwich. Just like all the others. Harris teeter serves a big sub with lots of meat and cheaper. That makes no since to me. Used to really enjoy this place.

Ordered the cheese steak sandwich and after 30 minutes a guy asked if I got my food. Dude in front of me ordered same sandwich and got it in 10 minutes. The guy asked the cook how long it will be but he had just put meat on the grill for a lady that ordered the same thing 5 minutes ago. I am guessing the forgot about my food or gave it to someone else. They said I could wait and they would make me my sandwich but told him to just keep it and left. Store recently opened and I wanted to try the Philly but doubt I'll try going back for a long time.
