I had a subpar experience when I ordered delivery and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He contacted me personally and was so kind and genuine. My husband and I gave them another try yesterday and it was excellent! Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This location really cares and has fantastic customer service! Matthew is a phenomenal manager.
I love jimmy johns. But we had a really weird experience with the manager yesterday. We ordered a #11 and asked if we could substitute American cheese for provolone and the cashier said "yes of course". So we pay, fill our drinks and sit down to wait for our order. Next thing we know, the manager standing in the dining room, yelling at the cashier and other workers from across the restaurant. He was yelling at them for allowing us to substitute cheeses!
