As many times as I’ve passed by this street I never knew this place was here. I had the southern bbq wrap which comes on a sun dried tomato tortilla. I was a little skeptical because of the tortilla but it was actually really good and a pretty decent size at that the apples weren’t bad either.They have a lot of options on their menu that would make you wanna try them all.
Roasting Company is an old standard that’s dependable, always worth the trip, and uniquely special. If it’s the Jaco chicken and rice or the pasta salad, there’s no other restaurant that has these options or menu choices. Sure it’s not fancy or expensive but that’s the charm and allure of the place. If there was a “ Cheers “ in Charlotte, Roasting Company would fill that role with food.
