We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Amazing food and the best service from Allyssa for Sunday brunch! She went out of her way to be friendly and knowledgeable about the menu! Even brought us a special treat for our birthdays! We highly recommend this great restaurant and will definitely be back!

We had a reservation and arrived on time. We were told table wasn’t quite ready and kinda left hanging, feeling awkward, we headed to the (empty) bar and received no acknowledgment by anyone before the host came to seat us. Once seated, I ordered a glass of Bordeaux and my husband a draft beer. I was informed they were out of the Bordeaux they offered by the glass and server suggested the Gamay because it is the most similar (it’s really not). I then asked if they had the Cab Franc and was told yes and someone else came a few minutes later cradling the bowl of wine in her palm and asked which of us had ordered the cab. Turns out a domestic Cabernet Sauvignon had been poured and they were indeed also out of the Cabernet Franc so here I find myself looking at the drink menu for the third time and not really keen on the other options (and as it turns out they were also out of a couple others and only had 3 red wines available by the glass and made zero apologies) so I settled for drinking water. Meanwhile our original server came back to the table to let my husband know they were also out of the beer he ordered. At this point we decided not to stay and endure more potential disappointment with the food menu. The menu looked amazing but so did the restaurant; we all know looks can be deceiving. We went a block up the street to a less snazzy looking place and had drinks we enjoyed and quite a tasty Italian meal. I love love a good French place and it was my birthday… beautiful place. Bad experience. Didn’t taste a thing! I don’t think I’ve ever left before a meal when we had reservations and hate crybaby reviews. So frustrating because I live about an hour away and have been wanting to try this for so long. I would normally contact management before reviewing but decided there isn’t any coming back from this and thought I might try to relieve others of high expectations.
