“My 1st time having Ethiopian food and it was a great experience. I ended up getting the combo with comes with 3 meats and 3 sides. I tried the lamb, chicken, and beef with red lentils, yellow lentils, and collards. My favorite was the lamb by far! It was cooked amazingly. Such a unique flavor to everything. Savory, earthy with some spice and citrus notes. My God, such amazing food! The injera was really good as well.“
“Our first time in an Ethiopian restaurant, so much so that we asked for cutlery so we could eat, without knowing that by tradition, we eat with our hands. Excellent service, even more excellent seasoning, we will definitely return and the prices are more than fair for an excellent product.Parking: Parking is shared, since the restaurant is located in a small shopping center.“
“I don’t live near the location of this bakery, but recently found out about Raw Bites through their recommended Instagram page on my profile. With Valentine’s Day coming up, I decided to order the Chocolate Lovers box and am SO pleased!! They arrived quickly, were well packaged and looked just like the picture online! I ordered this collection as a Gal-entine’s Day treat to share with my girlfriends, but had to try a couple before next week! I had one of the Ferrero (hazelnut flavor) and peanut butter and they were SO good! I’m so glad I found out about this whole foods unbakery!! Keep up the great work!! “Visiting this restaurant for the 1st time during their 1 year anniversary was a nice combination. Their free sampler plate (Mac-n-cheese, cauliflower wings, meatless meatloaf, jackfruit barbecue and chicken fried shrooms) was a perfect way to try their awesome menu. Everything was flavorful with a nice texture. Also, I enjoyed their delicious berry smoothie sweetened with dates. Topping everything off with their desserts, Moscato cakes (plain and Blueberry) and sweet potato pie, was a must.“

“I was long distance planning a baby shower and I needed amazing vegan spread. So thankful I found Sasha & Soul Miner’s Garden! She assisted me with menu planning, was very communicative throughout the entire process, and the food was phenomenal!! Not only did I get a variety of brunch dishes (quiches, pastries, mac&cheese, etc.), but she also baked the cake & cupcakes for the event. So grateful I found her & this wonderful place!“

Note this is more of what I consider a "comfort food" type of vegan where the menu was more veggies/mushrooms rather than tofu/seitan. “Ok listen; I was very skeptical about trying this food truck bc other vegan places/ trucks I’ve tasted have simply missed the mark with their bland and chewy substitutes. But alas, I decided to walk by faith and give it a try. The person who took my order was so kind, read back what I ordered and let me know when it would be ready. I ordered the buffalo chickn hoagie, fries and fried okra. It was THEE BEST chickn hoagie I’ve ever tasted. It was seasoned to perfection, the peppers and onions were sautéed beautifully and complimented the sandwich so well. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the okra was piping hot and crispy just as the good southern Lord intended it to be. I let our friends taste pieces of the chicken and they were placing orders soon after that. I hope I find this truck the next time I’m out because they have other delicious options on the menu. It’s not an exaggeration to say that this truck ALONE has restored my faith in vegan food.“
“Where do I even begin? Such a cool experience. We are not vegan, but wanted to try this adorable spot. Our table was ready for us right when we walked on decked out with books and coloring activities for my two young kids. Honestly, my son is a SUPER picky eater and tried AND liked everything he ate. It was so much fun watching him explore new flavors and foods with a huge smile on his face. As for my husband and I, we both loved our dishes, as well. The flavors were out of this world.
