Well... sometimes South Blvd can be a pain! Good news , if you find yourself on the end of a hit and run accident near La Preferida they will quickly serve you to-go so you can at least have a dinner in your car waiting for Charlotte's finest to come out to give you a police report! This one of my go to Mexican restaurants on the south side of Charlotte. Great portion sizes and consistently good food every time! This restaurant is also on Doordash if you are feeling lazy like I often do.

I went today, Thursday, for the first time on the recommendation of a local person and I really loved the place. We ate tacos at a special price. They were delicious! The sauces were too. The healthy and pleasant environment. I will return when I return to the city and eat the delicious tongue, barbecue and al pastor tacos.
