It's not the best but it's there when you don't want to go out. We're constantly having issues with quality and missing items but the staff is apologetic and credits us on issues. It's been much worse since they've started using Doordash. There seems to be a 75% chance we won't get the right number of drinks if we order more than 1 2lt.** September 26, 2023 Update **-1 STAR. My pizza got turned into a calzone. Atleast my drinks came...Vegetarian options: Yes.
After trying to get ahold of the correct store in my area and speaking with a extremely rude and abrupt lady with a horrible attitude this morning at the south tryon store I gladly was able to speak wIth Briana from Shopton Rd. Thank you she was very kind, professional and helpful. I’m recovering from breast cancer surgery, and needed a delivery, she made it a very pleasant experience.

I love pizza and Papa John's has this epic stuffed crust pizza that is very good. Since, I don't eat pork, red meat or beef, I always get cheese with extra sauce and sometimes add spinach on one side. I've never had an issue with this location. Best customer service and my order is always hot and looks good. Now to be honest, I don't like the cheese bread. It would be nice if they added more cheese. Overall, a great pizza place if you want a quick bite to eat.
