I bought 2 pizzas online when I sent my daughter to pick them up. They only gave her one when I tried to call back. They kept on hanging up on me. I could not reach him through email. Or phone horrible, bad customer service, they would. Send me to a call center and wouldn't I help me at all?
Go ahead and shut this location down. Pizza Hut has been declining. The manager Shakira doesn’t hold the position of what a manager chosen to represent a business should be. She is rude and doesn't know how to treat someone like they’re a human. She is the reason this location will never improve. Very disappointed in the image Pizza Hut is creating by hiring people who don’t care.
