This a great place to grab a bit for lunch. I had the Italian sub and they made it quick with great customer service. If you are in the mood for a fresh sub deli sandwich this is definitely the place to go.

I must admit the food here is good and all but the place needs some serious love. Dusty soda machines, sticky floors and counters plus dirty bathrooms are a no for me to return. Please work on this.

I have had the best tuna sub in my life here. I mean absolutely the best. Bread was fresh. Tuna was so chunky and tasty. Lots of flavor. And the shredded lettuce was so thin it reminds me of subs back home in the northeast. Love this place

Gave Sandwich Max a call to see if they were open (I also try to order from here and they are never open). The employee told me they were closing early at 3pm. I tried to call back 10 minutes later to place an order for pick up and the phone didn't even ring. I immediately got a busy message. I tried calling several more times in hopes to get someone. I never did. When I got to the sandwich shop I asked was their phone broken and I was meet with an attitude and the response that it was off. That things were crazy. He then abruptly asked was I going to place an order. No apology or sentiment was given for the phone issue. I ordered the large Max'd out. I was able to use the check in reward of 10% off. The sandwich fell out of the plastic bag when I was walking into work. The plastic bag ripped from the weight of the sandwich and just slid out. I was able to scoop it up but it mangled the sandwich. The sandwich was ok. Nothing special. Overall I wasn't impressed. I had visit this location years ago and it's just not the same. Plus the poor customer service made everything worst.
