The manager and employees were so nice! He offered to make any specialty drink and went out of his way to create a binder of fun drinks from TikTok. Definitely recommend to grab a drink while grocery shopping :)

I went to this Starbucks location today after my elderly mother placed a mobile order for her and I. Upon arrival I was greeted by Don who im guessing is the manager at this location. I told them the name on the order and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't find it. After a few minutes of basically trying to teach my mother rocket science (how to send the confirmation) Don told me not to worry about it and went ahead and started to make my order. This made our day. Thanks Don!

I came here for my last fix of holiday cookies. As a former Starbucks employee, I totally understand working during the holiday season. The two employees working this Starbucks today never called a single order name. They either plopped the drinks or food down on the counter and left them or they just directly (and silently) pointed at the person that ordered the corresponding treat. I had no idea my cookies were ready to pickup because my name was never called, and I guess because I ordered through the app they didn’t know who to point to. I don’t really understand their system. Also, all the cookies I ordered expired today…

The man and woman servicing this location this morning were amazing! They went above and beyond when I told them I wanted something Christmasy.... they take their craft to the next level and had a special hidden book with all these secret recipes that they could make for me. They were so personable as well and you could tell they love their job.

Whoever the 3 individuals were that worked on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023 @5:30pm deserve a raise. Never been treated so kindly in my life. Walked me through all the holiday options and what their favorites were. Clean atmosphere and great service.

I got a ventil Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso and a Double Smoked Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. The coffee was made properly, and the sandwich was not burnt. I appreciate the kind welcome and customer service I experience. It was 6 a.m., and everyone had on a smile.

Worse customer service and drink prep I have ever experienced at any Starbucks, Period. Ask to use stars, then place my order while the employee talks to another employee and ignores my whole order. Then ask me for my order again. Then, when I scan my app tells me I owe $1.18? I have a thousand stars? I was told when I scanned it that it didn’t take my stars and she can’t do anything f to fix it? To cut it short, I pay then proceed to wait while two other people that ordered behind me get their drinks. When I finally get my drinks they are wrong………,

This place is so slow! I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready for an additional 20 minutes after it was supposed to. The service was quite bad and the counter looked dirty. The employees were uninviting and I don’t plan to come back here at all. There needs to be better management. Save your money and go to a different Starbucks.
