I went to this Starbucks location today after my elderly mother placed a mobile order for her and I. Upon arrival I was greeted by Don who im guessing is the manager at this location. I told them the name on the order and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't find it. After a few minutes of basically trying to teach my mother rocket science (how to send the confirmation) Don told me not to worry about it and went ahead and started to make my order. I came here for my last fix of holiday cookies. As a former Starbucks employee, I totally understand working during the holiday season. The two employees working this Starbucks today never called a single order name. They either plopped the drinks or food down on the counter and left them or they just directly (and silently) pointed at the person that ordered the corresponding treat.
