My drink sucked. I bought one drink for myself, Iced Vt Lavender O Matcha, 24 Oz with extra Lavender. My drink sucked, absolutely unprofessional, lavender cream was just a little bit inside. No good quality, it’s not tasty! Second time I won't buy any drink here. And this despite the fact that I asked to prepare a drink with extra lavender and almond milk. I even showed a sample of the drink with all the ingredients from my phone before ordering. The seller was a young lady.Parking: It sucks! It’s difficult ?

I love Starbucks and rarely have any issues. This particular day, I ordered a food item and after waiting for 20+ minutes, I was told there were no more chives so they couldn’t make it. That’s not so much the problem because I understand things run out. However, when I asked about the long wait and how I could be compensated for the inconvenience, the barista simply said, “You can order something else.” I’m just used to a better customer service experience. The wait was super long for one food item (that I couldn’t even receive) and the apathy was surprising.

A quick coffee and breakfast item before heading to a Christmas Craft show.Beware of street closures if you are dropped off. Our driver couldn't easily find their way back to get us. Unfortunately for us waiting we had to go out in the cold and rainy weather...and walk around a bit trying to figure out where we could meet. ?

The bathroom is filthy, and the tables aren't wiped regularly. Staff is kind and the food is good, but maybe they need a kid who just cleans up for them.

This is a great Starbucks location in Uptown. It's on Levine Avenue of the Arts, between Church and Tryon.Every time I've ordered or come in, it's been a great experience - down to the perfect execution of getting my matcha latte not too hot, but just right! LOL! Of course, there are many options for food and drink, as with any other Starbucks. The staff is always great and welcoming, every time I've been. They greet you and are courteous and conscious of what they're doing, even while moving quickly.Inside is plenty of seating - regular tables, high tables, etc. it's a busy location but a good one. Stop by and enjoy!

Coffee came out quickly but the girl making the food chose to keep 8 customers waiting instead of bring the food over as it was done. Finally she brings over the food and mine was wrong which I discovered when I got back to the hotel.

This was the only location I was able to find the Been Here mugs in the city. They carried both the North Carolina and the Charlotte mugs. Was fairly busy in the afternoon on a weekday with office workers picking up coffees.
