This location is buried in the hospital so I don't expect the atmosphere to be good. That said, the service is outstanding! It's a small space with basically a full store staff and they are amazing. Quick, accurate, and kind.My only request is open on the weekends for those visiting in the hospital.
I frequent this Starbucks since I work across the street and even though they are usually slammed pack, they are so fast, efficient, and accommodating. I got my coffee this morning and it didn’t taste right at all, I couldn’t stomach my way through it, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it, which I hated doing since they were so busy. I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait.The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks.
